Comprehensive 1:1 Admissions Consulting Service Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between [Client Name] (“Client”) and Laura Smith (“Consultant”), effective as of the date of purchase.

1. Services Provided

The Consultant agrees to provide the following services to the Client as part of the Comprehensive 1:1 Admissions Consulting Service package:

  • One (1) 60-minute private admissions consulting session tailored to the student’s profile and goals.

  • Full access to the Unlocked Application Strategy course, including all video lessons, written content, and activities.

  • Written review and strategic feedback on the student’s extracurricular activity list.

  • Written review and strategic feedback on the student’s personal statement.

  • Ongoing support via email to address questions related to the admissions process and application strategy.

2. Scheduling & Session Requirements

  • The consulting session will be scheduled by the Client using the Consultant’s provided scheduling system.

  • The Client agrees to complete any required intake forms prior to the consulting session to ensure productive use of time.

  • The consulting session cannot take place until the intake form is completed.

3. Payment & Fees

  • The total fee for the Comprehensive 1:1 Admissions Consulting Service is [Insert Price].

  • Payment must be made in full prior to scheduling the consulting session.

  • All payments are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • The Client may reschedule the consulting session with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.

  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session at the Consultant’s discretion.

  • No refunds or credits will be provided for missed or unattended sessions.

5. Confidentiality

  • The Consultant agrees to keep all Client information confidential and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitations

  • The Consultant does not guarantee admission to any college or university.

  • This service provides expert guidance and strategy based on the Consultant’s experience, but final admissions decisions rest solely with the institutions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Access to the Unlocked Application Strategy course is granted for the Client’s personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

8. Liability

  • The Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing the Comprehensive 1:1 Admissions Consulting Service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
